The Crown Jewel of Expo 2020, Dubai. The UAE Pavilion is an architectural masterpiece. From the earliest concept sketches of a falcon in flight and at rest, the roof of the UAE Pavilion has been its defining characteristic. The metaphor of the falcon, the national bird of the United Arab Emirates, symbolizes strength, courage, pride, grace and force. Qualities that are embodied in the sheltering form of the building’s roof.
